How Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) technology Works

AWG technology extracts H2O molecules (water) from the atmosphere in the same manner as rain is formed – by condensing atmospheric water vapor from the humidity suspended in the air.  The AWG technology pulls air through a high volume air filter and mechanically creates the natural process of condensation producing large amounts of water. The water produced collects and is pumped into an internal or external water storage tank where it can then pass through a water filtration system and be available for immediate use.

AWG5000 Unit

Advanced atmospheric water generator with low power consumption.
Engineered to produce up to 8,400 liters / 2,200 gallons of water a day.
Comprised of three modules. Water production. Water treatment. Power production.
Powered by either the grid or off-grid by an internal generator.
Operates up to five days without interruption using the diesel generator, producing 25 gallons of drinking water to 1 gallon of fuel.
Water Production is point specific.
(water can be produced at location – eliminating transportation chain)
AWG unit is modular and can be scaled up for any water production output desired.

NELAP certified lab performed the water analysis, a Professional Certified Engineer on record with TCEQ verified and reported water test results, exceeded drinking water standards put forth by the TAC and exceeds EPA drinking water standards

The AWG5000 comes in a 20 foot ISO container. Just open the doors and everything is designed for the user to effectively place the system into operation. The innovative design of the sliding platform allows for ease of use and rapid deployment. The production capacity  is linked to environment conditions. An environment with a higher content of water vapor results in a production capacity that is greater than in a dry environment.

AWG Units Scaled Up for Industrial Water Production

Atmospheric water generators are engineered to be scaled up to an Industrial Water Production Facility. The facility size and number of AWG5000 units is determined by how much water is required. A facility’s water production is unlimited, point specific and able to be constructed at the location where the water is needed.


»  Additional Units can be added for more industrial water production and water storage.

N = (number of units) = 30, RE (exterior ratio) = 20 m, R1 (interior ratio) = 23.5 m, S (separation between units) = 2 m

» Scaling up AWG units allows for storage of excess water production through the use of storage tanks or water towers.

» Water storage also allows for certain geographical areas to offset seasonal changes. Water produced in the high production months of the year can be stored to offset the seasonal changes though the use of storage tanks or water towers
